Do I need an account?
No. Make and see the tribute without signing up. If you unlock the pack, we email you a private link to come back.
How many photos do I need?
Three to six to start; the pack takes up to twelve on the timeline. Old prints photographed with a phone work, glare and creases included.
Does it work for a grandmother, an aunt, a godfather?
It works for anyone who raised you. The questions are about who they are in your life, not about the family tree.
Can it be from all the siblings?
Yes. Write who it's from in the first step and the last line comes out signed. Answer the questions together in the family chat.
Is the free part really free?
It is. The portrait, the poster and the short film are yours, with a small mark. We don't ask for a card to see them.
Can I change the words?
Yes. Edit any line right away, for free. The text is made from your answers, in your tone, without clichés.
Can I send it early and have it open on the day?
Yes. On the tribute's page, pick a date under “Open only on the day” (Mother's Day, the birthday) and send the link whenever you like. Until then it shows only their name and a countdown; on the day, the tribute opens. Link previews show nothing early either.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 7 days of the purchase you can ask for a full refund, no reason needed: just write to us. After that, if something went wrong with your story, we fix it or refund you.
